Because I specialize in highly valued real estate in Morris and Somerset Counties, I have viewed most of the homes that will interest you, and I know the unique characteristics and what each home and neighborhood has to offer. I can tell you if a home is located near a school, or the private airport you need for a daily commute. I can also tell you if it has highway noise or a railroad track nearby. After talking with you and making note of the items on your wish list and want list, I can narrow the field so that you see only those homes that are a possible fit. No wasted time!

Communication - I'll let you know each time a new listing appears - and if I'm not available when you call, I will respond as quickly as possible - usually within a few hours. Further, when you do have a question, I'll answer it fully.
Area Information - You'll get all you need or want to know about a neighborhood you're considering. I'll give you plenty of information, including information about the schools as well as a tour of the area.
Specialized knowledge - As part of my commitment to delivering exceptional service, I've taken the time to extend my education and become certified as a Relocation Specialist, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and as a Previews® Property Specialist.
Transaction Information - I'll keep you fully informed about each step in the process from offer to closing. What you need to know and what you need to do.
Negotiation - I'll lend my knowledge of the market trends, neighborhood trends and prepare a market analysis of the home you're considering - so that you can rest assured that your new home is a solid value in today's changing market.
Assistance in locating necessary third parties - Once you've found your home and had your offer accepted, you'll need inspectors, insurance, a closing attorney, a mover, and others. You may also need a mortgage broker or a repair service. After the closing you may want to find a lawn care or housekeeping service. I'll put you in touch with the people who have served my clients well in the past and have passed the rigorous scrutiny of the Coldwell Banker Concierge Service Program.
